Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

It is not necessary to make an account as you can use the website as a guest and still able to navigate through every article and even place an order. But making an account will come with benefits for example:
1. you can track your order
2. Your address and contact details will be saved if you wish to order again
3. We will inform you about our latest products, sales, and discounts through email communications.

How do I place an order?

You can order products by navigating through the website and when you get your desired products click “add to cart” the products will be added to cart which is present on top right corner. From there you can check your cart or go to checkout page where your personal details and address will be asked then review your order and place it by clicking on “confirm order” .

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment method that is cash on delivery for now and as soon as payment is done u will receive a Message from our store in regards of your payment.

What is the procedure for cancelling an order?

Cancelling of an order is completely depended on whether or not the item has been shipped. You should send in your cancellation request within 24 hours otherwise it won’t be cancelled. But it can be returned or exchanged to learn about that go to (exchange policy link)

What if an incomplete order is delivered to me?
